As we head into the holiday season, it is important for so many of us to take time for our family and friends. Equally important during this season is making time to care for ourselves, physically and mentally. With that said, there is a growing recognition of the importance of mental health services in a community where it has often been inaccessible, shunned and marginalized. In this event, we want to discuss ways to recognize and understand mental health conditions, while learning tools to cope and ways to be our own strongest advocate. You will NOT want to miss this last in our series of Dare to Dialogue events for 2021!
